Walked in this morning looking for an old mirror and had a massive panic attack. The lovely staff asked if I needed a chair or water and if I was OK absolutely lovely of them so kind! And I found the perfect mirror too, always a great spot for a hidden treasure

Amazing service from Sarah at Weldmar dorchester.
Weldmar were left as a beneficiary in my clients will. I called her and asked for assistance with the house clearance, an appointment to come out to the property was made within a few weeks of calling. When the staff came out they were very polite and accommodating and really made the process easy. They were so grateful for the items donated and my client would be extremely happy all their lovely belongings have gone to a good charity.

Sarah and colleague collected a large bed and 2 heavy mattresses. They were courteous, extremely careful & very efficient . We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, Weldmar should be extremely proud of their representation as well as professional they were nice people.

Horrible place, not at charitable! Spent over £80 quid in the weymouth shop back in May, while visiting my sister..at the time I was still living in Reading, waiting for my house in Dorchester to complete on its sale. It was during the time you couldn't try on clothes in shops. Moved in July, and hadn't been back to dorset inbetween may and July. Few weeks ago popped into the weymouth shop with 2 dresses that I needed to exchange. Explained to the manager my situation. Had receipt and everything. She said as I was just exchanging, and hadn't been able to get back since May, she would overlook the 28 day returns policy. There was nothing in the weymouth shop i wanted to swap for, and she suggested visiting my home town outlet store. Did so, picked 2 items to swap for, got to the till, and they were rude and judgy and refused to even listen to why there had been a gap.. anyway, not what I expected, and will never go back.

Rude manager, returned a item with missing parts, told that there were no refunds but eventually got one. Will contact Weldmar and trading standards on monday.
Update: store manager educated on law. Management tells me that the purposly sell incomplete items because neither they or aparently the customers care (they need to be marked as incomplete)
