Weldricks Pharmacy

Poorly organised and managed. I called for my prescription on Saturday morning I was in a queue of about a dozen people waiting. At least 6 were told yes we have your prescription but will be 30 mins. When I was served I asked for mine and a quick word with the pharmacist. Sorry not ready will be 30 mins even though it should have been ready Thursday the pharmacist will be 10 mins. Pick prescription Monday wait for pharmacist. 15/20 mins later pharmacist will be at least another 30 mins . Even though she was serving other customers did not have time to answer a quick question about what medication I could get. Weldricks have a captive audience and it shows they don't need to look after customers

Always dealt with and delivered very speedily

Nothing is too much trouble for this branch of Weldricks..The Staff are friendly and always helpful..Millie and Danielle always go that extra mile ?

Rubbish. Went in for hayfever tablets at 12:10 and was advised they could not sell me anything from behind the plastic screens - which is where these tablets are located as there wasn’t a pharmacist there until 2pm!

10 days and 4 visits to collect prescriptions absolutely ridiculous no organisation system they use is ridiculous they used to be very good but not now

I use the app to order repeat prescriptions. Always have to chase because they never notify when ready
