I have been going to wellness warehouse now for over 6 months now mainly for the reformer Pilates. As someone with little confidence when it comes to fitness and not much body strength, I feel transformed and every hour feels great for the mind too! All of the teachers are amazing, I couldn't pick a favourite.

I've also done a few sessions of hotpod and massages too by Kara - all have been amazing.

Everyone is so welcoming and experts in the industry. Absolutely love it here can't imagine my life without it now!!

I absolutely love the Wellness Warehouse reformer pilates! All the teachers are kind, professional and supportive. It's great that there's a range of different classes for different levels of ability and also different times of the day which makes it suitable for those who work. I am just so surprised by reformer pilates. The way it has activated my core in just a couple of classes is amazing. The 30 minute free trial is a great idea, as are the three intro classes so you can try out the different levels and types. It's easy to get to and all the people are so friendly and the staff so welcoming.

Reformer Pilates is amazing! I started here September overweight & sluggish, been coming twice a week & have lost 2 stone & feel so much better in myself...fitter and more energised!! Everyone is very friendly & having such small classes the instructors are able to help you get into the correct positions & make sure you are doing it safely. Would highly recommend!

Had a great tone class with Hannah at wellness warehouse. I was a little nervous as it was only my 2nd tone class. I spoke to Hannah prior to the class and she put me at ease. Hannah gave clear instructions and offered me an alternative movement when I got stuck!! Highly recommend

I joined on the recommendation of a friend 8 weeks ago. I’d never done Reformer Pilates before and very little Pilates at all.
I must say I’m really enjoying it and I’m gradually getting used to the reformer bench & how to work in tune with it.
The main thing I’ve noticed is how much stronger I feel generally day to day. I’m not talking about being able to suddenly lift more or anything like that, its simply a general overall body strength just on movement or walking (which I do a fair bit of)
All the instructors are friendly, helpful during the class with correcting your position and all have a relaxed approach.
It’s just what I needed when I was becoming stale at the exercise I had been doing for a while.
