I would give a 0 star if I could. The old man behind the counter is so so rude. Never greets u despite greeting him. The other woman that works here is also so so rude. It's appalling , don't work in retail if you can't communicate with people . Absolutely disgusting . Avoid at all cost. If you don't know how to communicate don't work at a shop . Worst attitude ever I've come in here for around 2 years and he is extremely rude every single time !

The most rudest person I’ve ever met. Her sarcasm was not even funny it was just rude and instead of being apologetic, she started telling me why she’s right and I’m wrong. Will never use this shop again. I’m sorry but the person at the till is the face of the shop, how they treat you, impacts your whole experience. Don’t know who gave her a job but she needs some training on how to treat others.

Would give 0 if offered. I have tried so many times over the past few years to use this location for shopping and parcel pickup. Everyone behind the counter is so grumpy. Sometimes you have a bad day, and I take this into account. But every time? No hello/goodbye (despite my greeting them and saying goodbye). They don't seem pleased to have customers. Why work at a retail outlet if you hate interacting with people?! Never again.

Would put 0 if I could. Absolutely vile customer service. The man behind the counter could see me struggling with a parcel and my toddler I half opened the door and the man barked at me no parcels on Sunday look at the website. I wasn’t aware of this but the way he spoke to me was vile. Will not be returning, the shop has clearly other poor reviews stating rudeness. Why work in a customer service role when you can’t speak to another human with any decency

When I first started going to this store to send and pick up parcels I found the blonde women to be very abrupt, however I never felt the need to leave a review. I was just checking to see if the store was open and saw these reviews! Me and my boyfriend used to beg each other to go in instead of the other cause we were scared of her lol 😂 but must say after going her for a couple years I find that this is just the way she talks, she is blunt and to the point but she isn’t all bad when you get to know her! Just thought I’d put that out there. I think she hates her job lol

A few weeks ago I arrived at the shop having made a journey to get there, I was served by a young blonde female who I found rude with a bad attiitude and lacking in any semblance of customer service etiquette. When I politely presented a parcel and asked to send it off she replied abruptly with words to the effect of 'not today you can't, the person who is meant to come and collect the parcels hasn't collected them and we can't take anymore until they're cleared because there's no room'. She had an attitude of it not being her problem, couldn't care less and was not remotely apologetic about it. There was no 'I'm really sorry' or any attempt to try and help me with the predicament she left me in. This isn't how you behave in a public facing role, disgraceful, very disappointing. More recently I have been served by a different person, an asian man and that was fine.
