All the staff are rude. My mum has just come back from hospital and needed to collect a parcel, she has qued and then they made her stand to one side even after being in the que while they served other people completely as normal. i think it is rude how they treat women who enter this shop since they always act horribly when u are walking round the shop and shout at customers who spend too long looking at things. they need to realise people have to see what they want to buy and aren’t stealing anything. they are so rude and i’m never using this corner shop again even though it is closet to my house. they are the rudest people i have ever met and this shop should be shut down!!!!

It’s a shame you can’t give zero stars, Unfortunately, the man that dealt with me today was probably one of the most ignorant people I’ve ever met. Because I was cashing a scratchcard and he saw it in my hand, he actually turned away and made no effort to serve me. After a little while when I didn’t move and I coughed a few times he did turn round, grab the card and threw the replacement at me, literally threw it. It seems to be a problem with the people that run the shop, they don’t like giving out the winnings but they certainly don’t mind collecting the money off you for the tickets in the first place. Ignorant and greedy, greedy and ignorant, take your pick.

Staff in the shop were horrible to my mother this morning. I was unfortunately at work so I wasn't able to take the parcel with her. She went to use the amazon parcel drop off point and couldn't figure out how to work it. The man behind the counter was horrible and abrasive towards her and left her waiting 10 minutes (there was noone there for him to serve) when she asked again he finally decided to come over and snapped at her stating he will only help once not again. We won't be back much better shops in the area without having to take the attitude from the staff, my mother left upset and flustered, definitely not on.

Always friendly and had nothing but positive experiences at the establishment. Been a long time customer and is always my go to when in need of a shop because of how friendly and helpful the staff are, especially since I suffer with anxiety they seemed to acknowledged that and upholding COVID guidelines like wearing masks, gloves and have a protective screen between the cashier and the customers.
