What a miserable manageress-type woman on the tills today (30/12/24). Went in at 07.05.Not even a 'morning', 'please', 'thank you' or 'goodbye'. Just stated the price of goods and said 'card or cash'. That's it. Knew I should have stopped at B&Q which I just drove past.Know where I'll be going next time.

Fitted Kitchen... initial experience and design ok, but fitting plastering and flooring poor, Wickes warranty absolutely worthless they will just blame you the customer for things that go wrong. Avoid at all costs.

Went to purchase some BBQ fire wood charcoal on sunday evening. Online says 13 in stock, but staff not willing to go and fetch the item as it was not on display. Had to speak to the store manager to get the product as I was not willing to go back without the item.

A very well appointed Wickes store. Not the easiest to find and was suffering from too few tills open when I arrived. The click and collect service where they bring it to your car for you is excellent!
