Giant grocery store with a variety of both fresh and frozen items including bakery produce. Seafood aisle was my favourite.

I did find it quite expensive on certain products, we travelled up from Northampton to have a look, very good shop though, huge variety of products and different brands…you can even buy live lobsters and crabs, meat and fish counter also. Aswell as bulk buys in seperate sections, My advice is…have an idea of what you want to buy before you go, as there is soooo much there!! Would definitely shop here again. A nice beer tonight and a home cooked Chinese

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with what can only be described as the worst customer service I have ever encountered over the phone. From start to finish, the interaction was frustrating, unprofessional, and utterly unhelpful.

I was only asking for stock availability and NOT the prices which they normally do it for me many many times before as I was coming from far away and I didn’t want to waste my journey, the ladies on the phone sounded disinterested and rushed, as if they were doing me a favour by speaking to me.

When I explained my issue, it was clear that the ladies on the phone had no intention of actually helping. They interrupted me multiple times, gave vague and unhelpful responses, and seemed completely unprepared to help.. they just kept repeating the same answer.

What made matters worse was the tone of the conversation. The ladies on the phone were dismissive, condescending, and at times outright rude. Instead of showing empathy or a willingness to help, they seemed more interested in getting me off the phone as quickly as possible.

When I asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor, I was told none were available and that I would have to call back at another time. No offer to have someone call me back, no attempt to escalate the issue—just a complete lack of accountability.

Overall, this experience was a glaring example of how *not* to treat customers. Poor communication, lack of empathy, and zero effort to help left me feeling completely undervalued as a customer. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice, as their customer service is severely lacking and will likely leave you more frustrated than when you started.

This is what most people said the biggest oriental supermarket in the UK. It is indeed the size of a big UK supermarket (superstore e.g. Tesco or Sainsbury) which is quite rare in the country. Price wise probably the most affordable comparing other oriental supermarkets I have visited in the past. Lots of choices, clean, tidy and staff were friendly and efficient. Parking is free. Bubble teas are also available near the store exit. Durians are available especially you can buy Musang King there as well as live seafoods like lobsters and crabs.

My go Chinese/asian store good variety of things you can find here. Frozen food( they got bigger fridges so there is even more space for things). Fresh fruit and veg. Fresh meat and sea food. Snacks, instant noodles, dry food,spices. Things for home/kitchen.

Last time I came here was with my dad as a child and now shopping here with my wife after over 25 years. Still got the old red and yellow classic look but still clean and tidy . The meat isn’t halal here but they have some useful ingredients the wife need such as nata de coco , pastry and bao buns . Price is ok ish too .
