This little shop is a gem extremely well stocked and at reasonable prices.
Also I recently had a Diabetic hypo in the shop and the two guys who were serving took great care of me and gave me great assistance in recovering. The ambulance was called and I was cared for with both understanding and respectful concern.
I would like to say a big thank you to both of them for their prompt actions and care given to me .

Nice little shop,clean and tidy,I love the selection of foreign sweets and chocolate...the staff are friendly and helpful, they are slightly over priced on some items,but they are a convenience store after all,so you have to be prepared to pay a little more than average.

i found the owner to be very rude & also he has always got barely any stock & charges outrageous prices as he has the monopoly in the area... one bowl of fruit cost me three times what it would cost at any other grocer, he also uses the imperial system of weights & measures & only takes cash (which i guess helps to avoid a higher tax tariff) i would recommend you go to the local off-licence or a supermarket if you are able to travel rater than fork over too much money for simple fruit & veg!!
i only gave one star cos it wont let me give 0 stars!!

Use this shop on a daily basis, don’t have a bad word to say. When I’ve brought the wrong thing and ask to exchange they don’t have an issue. Always a friendly environment.

No very happy i purched 3 pears plus other veg they looked fine the man said pick the ones at the back of the shop rather than the ones to the left of the shop because they wrre better when i got home they were black and bruised didnt look like the one i put in the bag at all make your own mind up on that ive got my theory needless to i wont buy any thing else from there
