I needed a tin of Fanchic paint. Quick phone call before to confirm stock and off I went. Parking is not great like a lot of the out of town sheds are but staff are all friendly and helpful. Picked up my product plus an impulse purchase. Google pay accepted and we were off. Will come back as they are one of the few sites that stock this brand.

Great service and reasonably priced for delivery of 40 bags of top soil. Struggling with a major back problem so could only deal with the smaller bags and the delivery guys were brilliant in barrowing them to the precise point of use.

A few Wednesdays ago at 4:49 I was shopping for plants when a 5’7 ginger buzz cut worker, with braces, came up to me and was mint. Quality worker give him a pay rise.

Matt and his small team are all friendly, well informed and endlessly helpful. The choice of household and DIY supplies is awesome in such a relatively confined space, and if there's an item not available they are happy to order it. Opening hours are long and there's a loyalty scheme which awards points on purchases. The accumulated points can lead to a small discount making prices comparable to those in the large impersonal DIY stores.

Outstanding service, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful Staff and great quality of goods! I am presently converting a horse lorry which has required a huge variety of products from plumbing, sealants and ironmongery to paint, adhesives and power tools. Not only is it lovey to support a small local business but also could I obtain whatever it was I was requiring - if it wasn’t on their shelves I could have it within a day or 2 which has been so helpful to keep the project moving forwards. They have no hesitation in going above and beyond to help you find what you need and sadly, it’s becoming rarer to find a shop who will willingly go that extra mile these days

Stumbled across it accidentally & they have small BUT VERY varied amount of bedding & perennial plants. Herbs & vege plants too! Wonderful peonies & hollyhocks & others. Certainly worth popping in! Staff friendly & helpful.
