Booked in for a 2hr full body scrub and massage and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the service. I had the pleasure of being looked after by Geeta who was attentive, mindful, skilled & fully in tune with my body and what I wanted. The service was consistent throughout the entire two hours and I left feeling relaxed and calm. The products were nice and I never felt rushed. I will be coming back soon for sure, highly recommend!

Amazing time for my first massage in the uk. Would recommend this place. From the time i walked in i was greeted by a lovely lady and gentleman. The lady explained the different treatments and packages available. I was then welcomed by my therapist Maya who made sure i was comfortable throughout and that the pressure was not too much. It takes good hands to become a therapist and Maya certainly has that. It’s definitely worth the travel and cost with the bonus side that they also use herbal oils. Thank you once again all!

SHOCKED to see the attached.
I bought a package and so have lost money
I've been coming to Yathra for some time and I've had quite few therapists. They all have individual styles but are all really good in what they do.
On this visit my therapist was Geeta and she was great. She was very in tune working on the niggles I had, those I didn't feel until she massaged over them.
Friendly and professional but I'd expect nothing less from Yathra.

I have taken some treatments for my arthritis & swollen legs for sometimes. I must agree with rest of the public, they give 200% whether its treatment, oils, atmosphere, peoples gesture and warm welcome followed by absolute professionalism & their genuine efforts made me feel completely in Ayurvedic safe hands. I also must admit that i have experienced a huge recovery in my conditions as i followed their diet plan & treatment course. Dr & receptionist were concerned due to my age whether i am following their instruction by calling time to time. I have been to number of practices locally & non of them bother after the treatment.

My experience for a Ayurvedic facial turned out to be unpleasant. The therapist is not trained how to perform this treatment as she did not know based on my dosha( body constituency) what products to be used

It was a normal facial not an Ayurvedic one. No prior consultation was done.

Time keeping is poor and quite unprofessional approach.

Money was taken prior treatment, which I think is not correct.this shows they are insecure about the service they provide.

I was treated with multiple products on my face which I was not told about, a random coffee face mask was applied.

I had to stop the therapist mid way as I felt cold, dirty and itchy on my skin.

When asked about partial refund, management was missing.

I wouldn't recommend this place as the concept of Ayurveda is compromised.

The facial is definitely not worth £75.
