Came here to get a few new plants, but ended up buying a hole lot more! There xmas decorations selection is one of the best I have seen and the prices were cheaper then the high Street shops, Xmas baubles for trees a £1 each can't beat that

Great selection of great value, healthy plants even though it's "changeover season" into autumn🍂

Such a shame the staff are not accustomed to the art of customer care!?
As a local business owner and a frequent user of local garden centres’ I was aghast at the service these people do not show any interest in maintaining long-term or short term come to think about it, customer relations with people who spend money there all of the time.

Damaged thrip infested plants they would not take them back because I couldn’t find my receipt even though I'm in there frequently.
It wasn’t a lot of money. I asked if I could speak to the manager the answer was no I am the manager.
Lightly, I asked if there was someone in charge of the entire place that takes care of customer queries same answer we’re very busy. Would you please if you’ve finished? Move aside for the next customer?

I cant understand why this company doesn't support local charities.
I've asked for the past 3 years for a discount on our local schools Christmas tree. The reply has always be no.
However they burn excess stock of Christmas trees!
Local buisssiness should support local causes.
Next year we will be sourcing our schools tree from a caring, reputable retailer.

FUNGUS INFECTION ON PLANT! I purchased a cactus on Easter weekend for a present and realised it had a fungal infection! I couldn't find my receipt, but it still had all the labels on and I printed off my credit card statement too. I spoke with the manager and she refused to do anything without a receipt. I would have been happy to swap it with some bedding plants I wanted, but she wouldn't budge. Very unhelpful and they lost a customer over it.

Our first visit to Yeovil Plants Galore. Huge carpark, and huge selection of plants and helpful staff! We found what we wanted after help from Tabby, on Customer Services, who not only took us over to the plants we were looking for but then went out to their store and came back with two in the particular colour we wanted. We also had good assistance from Toby who was busy watering in the Climbing Plants section outside. We selected the plant we wanted and appreciated his advice about the correct growing medium to use. Will definitely visit again!
