Great service from Keith!

Using the self service tills today it was the time ever (6 years living in MIM) that I’ve been smiled at and genuinely thanked for shopping at the co-op.

Love the concept of the co-op supporting local farmers and selling great local produce but the service is consistently frustrating from my point of view (not including the post office team or are always so helpful and knowledgeable ?)

Keith you made my day. Thank you!

Four Canadian women arrived tired from train station and came in to pick up groceries and get a cab to our rental in Bourton on the Hill. Not sure how to contact a taxi, Keith went above and beyond to assist us in getting a cab even by giving us his phone to use. Super helpful, courteous and professional are but a few words to describe Keith. Thank you so much for your kindness and going out of your way to give us a much needed hand!! In addition, one of the cashiers whose name I did not get, helped us with information and suggestions. A great store and personnel! Cheryl, Judy, Lissa and Elizabeth.

Prices here are absolutely disgusting. They charge almost double what Tesco's at stow do for the same products. The Co op should be ashamed of themselves fleecing the local community like this. Hate this place.

More than a Co-op, a little gem, also stocking a varied range of local goods and homemade produce (cakes, meals etc.) at reasonable prices. and a good range of British cheeses. In short, a gem of a place. Also, has friendly helpful staff, a Post Office & customer carpark.

Definitely trying to be something it isn't. Clueless staff, useless Baristas and not a nice atmosphere at all. Thankfully it was just a quick stop as we'd been driving for ages, cannot even imagine having to do my weeks' worth of shopping there. Won't be stopping there again any time soon.

An excellent range for a small market town accessible by foot and car. There’s a good range of veg, fruit, cheeses, meats, ready foods, inc vegetarian, frozen, wines, beers, including good local ciders and beers, herbs and condiments and so on. Nowhere in town does much in the way of excellent healthy bread, but most will like that range too. And it’s got the practical things from pet foods to paper towels. They also offer the inside café to community groups for free in the evenings. Café a bit dark but good. It’s got the post office too. Fine shop all things considered.
Coop bought the excellent Budgens around pandemic time but kept on staff, who are good. Had a dip post Brexit and during pandemic when supplies were all over the place but now good. I miss some things that Budgens had like Yeo Valley organic whole milk (own label inferior) but like some additions. Everywhere loses some small European speciality lines now and they are no exception. It’s a town asset.

Lovely shop. Great staff. Bought flowers for £45 and they were dead 2 days later. Disgraceful.

Often pop down to Moreton-in-Marsh Co-Op because it sells a well known local lager range. I like the store and the atmosphere. Staff always very helpful and polite, great availability and really good to see local products on sale. Free 2 hour parking gives me the chance to have a quick potter about in the town after my shopping in the store, too. It's a nice bonus. Great work, Co-Op 🙂
