Yesterday, I had an extremely frustrating experience at Yours Supermarket. My wife and I waited at the butcher’s section for about 45 minutes. When it was finally our turn, we stood there for another 10–15 minutes without being served. Despite our patience, no staff member acknowledged us.

When I finally asked an employee for assistance, he rudely told me to queue up. I explained that we had already waited our turn, but instead of listening, he accused us of lying and claimed he hadn’t seen us in the queue. This was completely unacceptable, and other customers even had to step in to confirm that we had indeed been waiting.

I was left with no choice but to raise my voice, as it was outrageous for staff to not only ignore customers but also falsely accuse them of cutting in line. The lack of professionalism and respect was shocking. As I left, I made the decision never to return.

In contrast, I went to Umrah Supermarket afterward, where the queue was even longer, yet the staff managed to serve me in just 15 minutes with excellent customer service. Their professionalism and efficiency made a world of difference, and I highly recommend Umrah Supermarket over Yours.

If you value good service and respect as a customer, avoid Yours Supermarket. Their complete lack of professionalism and their audacity to call customers liars is unacceptable.

Pros:

1. Well-Stocked: This supermarket is a haven for South Indian food lovers. It has a wide range of Kerala groceries neatly arranged on the shelves. I easily found all the products I usually buy.
2. Variety: The store offers a diverse selection of South Indian spices, snacks, lentils, and fresh produce. Whether you’re looking for masalas, rice, or snacks, they have it all.
3. Clean and Organized: The store is clean, and products are well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you need quickly.

Cons:

1. Limited Parking: The parking area can be a hassle. It’s often tight, and finding a parking slot can be a challenge. Be prepared to wait during peak hours.
2. Lackluster Customer Service: Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff, especially those at the cashiers, were not particularly friendly or helpful. A more welcoming approach would greatly improve the overall shopping experience.

Nice supermarket, clean in places, dirty looking around entrance/exit. It’s well stocked but not always.
Boss lady won’t care if she offends you. Certainly one grumpy woman like those at the tills. Have manners & stay smiling whilst working people..it don’t cost anything!

Totally amazing. So many items in one store, and loads of bargains too! My son and I came out with a carrier bag each of exotic items. Wonderful!

Great supermarket, big and with a multiple variety of products.
Reasonable prices.
No fresh fish, only frozen.
Fresh meats.
Has also non food products including carpets, kitchen tools and many more.
Fresh pastries including baklava.
Products from UK and from all over the world.
Entrance is located in the car park behind.

Very decent place to shop as they have mixture of products from around the world. They have a car park. Price is slightly ok the high side compared to nearby places. Friendly staff.

In Leicester UK this International supermarket is a great place to shop for great fruits and vegetables Middle Eastern/ Pak/ Indian/ Turkish food, a very nice Butcher from Morocco " who speaks Arabic/French/ English, .. prices are reasonable for Leicester,

I have been a customer of this supermarket for the past 10 years, but today is my last day there. Briefly, I wanted to use the toilet, the cleaner was mopping the floor, he said one minute and you can use it, I said alright, and there was an employee standing at the door too, but for the next 5 minutes, customers were entering the toilet, using it and the cleaner was silent, the employee told me to enter, because everyone using it, but I was shocked when the cleaner shouted at me, and told me to get out, said that the toilet is closed even though there are other people inside, when I asked him why, he said those are employees, and that was a lie, there were customers, the employee said excuse him, he does not speak English, but he continued shouting, then I went to the management office, the manager gave me an answer that had nothing to do with the matter, he said yes because the cleaner deals with many people during work, I asked him if this is an excuse to shout at customers!! He said ok ok. I realised that the management is used to complaints, and that was confirmed when I viewed some of the customers' comments on here. Employees need training to understand the meaning of customer service.
