It's a small City but a great place, with few markets, houses and decorations on the edge of the street. I travelled there every night from my work. Who likes living at home in this neighbourhood, can move there with his own car because it's a far area of the main street.

I often pop into the Stonecot Asda. I have to say, the store is always well presented, tidy, clean and well organised. Also if by any chance I can't find something, the staff are helpful and courteous. Most recently the young people on the self checkout I have found delightful, helpful and friendly with big smiles. Well done, thank you for good service.

I do go to asda every week
There are a few items i always need that only Asda do .....
The staff are so helpful and real characters so it feels like home as we know a few of them by name and they are the reason that Asda of Beddington has such a happy cheerful atmosphere .

I don’t understand why there are so much staff doing nothing over there
As a delivery driver they never respond even the orders are ready to collect
Extremely rude staff one of my fellow driver was waiting for the order as he asked one of the lady named LESLEY who does nothing saying that it’s not my job
Only three ladies were responsive named Becky, A Tamil lady and a girl from Mumbai
The tall guy was saying you need to have patience
Guys who the hell are you to teach us the patience
Even the customers who order online are also customers
Kindly respond to the drivers in a nice way and hand over the orders asap

I was shopping at Asda Stonecot today, and was extremely disappointed. The store manager Vania Faria is very rude and has no customer service skills. I’m surprised she is still working there. I most definitely will not be shopping at Asda Stonecot Store ever again in my life and I strongly advise anyone who is thinking of going there, don’t ask for a store manager.

Ordered thrice from Stonecot via JE and always have something missing. If you don’t have certain urn items why can’t you remove it from the order? Just Eat never refunds for these missing items.

After reading the reviews on here it seems like I’m not the only one who has encountered rude staff with a lack of customer service.

Went to return a package today and I asked the lady at the till a question (her name badge said lavanya), she nods her head and lifts her arm, doesn’t say a word. I thank her for doing my return and again no words just a nod of the head. I am fed up with miserable people around here!

Big sign on the outside of this store "COLLECTIONS AND RETURNS" so I thought, perfect, I've got a top from Asda that needs returning, I'll stop here and return it.
