Lovely staff, I like that I was left to look at the different sofa at my leisure. Lots of information about the sofa fillings and different coverings. It was a shame the tablets didn’t work on my visit. I will recommend.

This was the first time we have purchased a carpet from ScS and the service from the shop was very friendly and helpful. This was followed up by the carpet planner who visited the house and created an accurate bespoke plan. Again very helpful person who was able to offer good advice.

Was not happy with the service overall, which is a shame as it started so well with no pressure and lots of time to look. However, once picking a sofa and upgrading to power, which was advertised as a half price power upgrade, as seen below. The order was processed and I was told that it did not apply to the 3 seater I bought and only 4 seaters and above (except they don't do this sofa in a 4 seater?) Finance gentlemen didn't seem to know what he was doing and no Managers wanted to know once they got the sale and would not come back to speak to us. We were there with 2 children who were getting fed up, so had no choice but to leave. Really like the sofa, but 3 months to deliver also? Also not told this upfront. Service was good until they got the sale, then didn't want to know; espeically when the discounts were not applied. Disappointing overall.

My partner and I visited the Castle Vale store, we were greeted by Kerry who was genuine and friendly. We had pretty much decided on which sofa we wanted prior to visiting but we still had a number of questions. Kerry talked us through our options over a coffee, there was no pressure just advice. We left the store feeling relaxed and that we had made the right decision. Personally I hate shopping and I thought that this visit would be stressful, it was anything but so thank you Kerry and SCS Castle Vale.

The lady who dealt with us very helpful and patient, she helped us decide which sofa to buy.
She left us alone to wander around the store and didn't push us into buying something we didn't want.
She was very pleasant and a pleasure to do business with.

Ordered a sofa from my local branch. They gave me 24 hours notice of delivery. As I work full time and a carer for my mother with dementia i called them to tell them I need more than 24 hours notice of delivery. They said they had texted a week before to inform me of the delivery date in which I hadn't received a text. They now want to charge another delivery charge. Someone told me to avoid them but they had the sofa I wanted. Wish I had listened no. Avoid

Just to say that we had fantastic service from Giovanni, Tan and Gulab this week at Castle Vale branch of SCS. They were informative, helpful and knowledgeable. I am also temporarily in a wheelchair and the fact I could get to all parts of the store was very useful. Looking forward to receiving my sofas soon
