Castle Bromwich’s best kept retail secret. Prime organic health foods at discount prices. An amazing range for such a small shop. Stocking brands (amongst others) such as Whole Food Earth, Natures Path, Vita Coco, Plenish, Minor Figures, Cooks & Co.

Definitely worth a visit, the range of stock is immense and can stock up many items as there is plenty to choose from. Staff always helping out with anything needed like packing when buying a lot of things.
