I have recently moved to the area and have rarely been to a supermarket and experienced such amazing customer service from all members of staff I use this supermarket every morning in the week and also at weekends the staff are very friendly and approachable and I will continue to use this supermarket for that reason keep up the great work ?

Plz ppl if using this shop as they bully the disabled my so is 39 years old he is disabled too fort they wanted proof of age so he came home to get passport then when he went again there contacctwasnt working but never told him so went he went in next day in front of all costumers they said he owed thenm 18 pound when he asked when they said machine wasn't working the day before they rally made him upset to the point another costmoer brought him home since then they have asked him another 3 time for his id this is disgusting behaviour from coop they promised they would sort it but chose to egnore till today and asked him for id again so asked for manager but was no one there just 1 person on till and 1 walking around dinking cups of tea instead of doing there job

Happy to see friendly service from mandy and missy thank you for cleaning the coffee machine on request we had a different answer the other day where no one was trained to clean love insomnia coffee it gives Costa and greggs a run for there money

Excellent little co-op friendly staff very clean. Yes prices are slightly high but it's the same at all co-op's. But the produce is excellent quality.

Based in kingshurst not Kensington. Prices too high , staff friendly when they want to be.. usually when managers around.
