Possible worst customer service I have ever had in retail staff are clueless to what they offer ie jd cash lack in training very poor selection of clothing and trainers you have to order online for most that you want all they do is stand around the front of the store and chat also pain when you wanna return stuff seem to get out of wanting to do so avoid!!!!!

Also had issue online purchased a pair of retro 4 Jordan’s put them on walked in them for about 10 mins the toe of the right trainer creased sent them back they just sent them back with no regard to the issue they was faulty I had to get a chargeback from my bank due to them doing nothing about it beware when you buy anything they don’t wanna be held responsible for poor quality items they sell I questioned was they fake as the quality was not of what Jordan products are once they got your money they don’t wanna do anything many calls to the customer service and they put me on hold and hung up the phone to get out of doing anything

Smallish unit but does have a good range of clothes and trainers. Can be difficult to move around when busy. Friendly staff although they didn't seem too interested in selling anything on the day I visited.

Hello.

I purchased a pair of trainers for Christmas for my son at £100.

I was told if they were the wrong size to bring them straight back with receipt for a different size.

When I got to the shop was told I had to wait 3 days. I was not told this at the time.

Explained my son needs his trainers and they were a present, please change them I asked.

The Manager was not Interested at all. I hope management reads this review and explains to her about customer descretion and loyality.

I will not spend anymore money with JD it was disgraceful and was treated like dirt.

Sports Direct for me from now on. Thanks for reading my review.

Beware once they have your money they do not want to know !!!!!

Staff very nice and polite, dealt with us professionally whilst I was returning, exchanging and purchasing (kids ay..) all done quickly, shop nice and clean and more importantly full. Well done guys, keep up the good work!

I have never had an experience like today went in to buy new trainers for my kids the place was empty took 45 minutes stood there waiting on the staff.
When I came to pay the man at the till said one is a size 11 one shoe is a 12 there off the shop floor . I was very shocked and said you can't do that to people his response was we always do it.
I'll take my money else where.

Lack of staff in the Eastleigh shop, one serving on the till and one getting the stock from the stockroom. Waited ages to ask for a pair of trainers in my size, did not even say I'll be with you shortly. Walked out of the shop in the end.
