Always lots of bargains to be had, every day is different, it's worth a look as you never know I always come away with a trolley full, it keeps my cupboards n freezer stocked at fraction of the price of normal shops.
Nothing to lose by going there.
Free car park, friendly staff & very clean.

After getting billed at the basket only till,the only way to exit was through the main tills .There is no other way to get out.Obviously we got asked during taping the card whether we want receipt or not and we have option to not to get the receipt to save paper i believe .While i was passing through the exit,one stupid customer told the staff that man didn’t pay.the staff in the till loudly asked me in front of all the other people in the Q ‘Hello have you paid’? i answered yes i did .thats fair enough to ask someone paid.The next loud question from her was have i got receipt?i said i did have the option not to get the receipt then why are you asking the receipt which i can’t produce.The next thing she loudly asked the lady in the till where i paid was’ Has he paid?I expressed my concern may be in a loud voice because i felt like i was insulted in front of all those customers standing there and my 11 year daughter who is holding her beauty products she bought standing next to me with embarrassment .whole point was why asking whether you want receipt or not? and why there is no proper exit for people paid at the basket only till?And lastly on what basis staff over there judge someone steeling?

Hit or a miss on what you can get. Some items are cheaper in a normal supermarket. Some of the new staff have zero customer service skills and it shows. Worked in retail for over 16 years and I cringe at the way Some of the staff speak to customers. Don't like a cashier asking me a question when they are serving the person before me it's just rude.

High expectations were set, but it's nothing extraordinary. You can get some bit on bargains, but you need to be very lucky for it. Most bits are out of date and on extended warranty, but the cost is not very competitive when you can get things on similar prices at aldi or lidl.

We had asked our son to purchase some dog food unfortunately he got the wrong type and didn’t have the receipt. I called and explained and the man on the phone was very helpful. We went into the store and spoke with Paul on the desk. He exchanged our food and gave us a refund for the difference. No quibbling just fantastic customer service. Well done company shop, especially Paul!
