Awful had a delivery 4 food items were damaged and exposed . Phoned up only to receive a 5 pound token on the next shop . You can shove that where the sun doesn't shine

This review isn't really about shopping at Asda, Leek. But today I had to abandon my car on their car park as I had a flat tyre. I thought at the time I would have to leave my car there at least overnight before I could get it sorted. I went in to speak to one of the staff and the store manager. I just wanted to say they were amazingly kind and helpful which is so good when you are a bit stressed. Thanks so much. 🙂

usually found it a brilliant store. But.today my opinion changed. Lots of different young staff on. Very rude ignored you. 3 standing together talking. asked where a product.was they looked at each other looked at the shelf and said oh we dont have it anymore. I went to the service desk stood 2m away from person in front and in mobility scooter behind me I was shouted at to move I couldn't move anything so 3 of us where squashed together. told them.this wasnt acceptable got ignored. then paid my utility bills got home to see she had put wrong amounts on each bill.

Offers rollback Pedigree beer,but it is never available.
called last week and label says rollback,but out of stock.
Called in today and none on shelf,assistant checked and none in warehouse.#
What a con,offering a product at a discount,but when you visit the store,none is available.

No beef jerky. Unhelpful staff. But a Terrys chocolate orange is £1. Nice deal👍🏻 Travis had Donuts (he loved them). Luke had a packet of oreos (but didn't count how many is in the pack. Which isn't helpful)
