If you want to waste your day and time waiting for collection, go for it.

They don't care about your online booking for collection, even though if you take your stuff to them, they will deny the collection.

We reached at 3:45 pm on 1st of December, the guy was literally holding the door and was very rude, he said, no you are late, we are closing, we even offer to put thing inside on our own, he was stuck with his rudeness, maybe because my skin colour is not white like him.

Will never buy or donate anything for this so collect charity shop.

I lost 100 pounds because I had to arrange emergency rubbish service.

As many other reviewers regarding collection, waisted a day waiting on them to collect the item , I even called the day before to try and confirm the pick time but of course no answer .

I ve been in contact with them for nearly a month trying to donate items with multiple phone calls to 2 different stores, but don’t waste your time .

I can only think, that they have no care regarding people’s time especially with the technology that we have they can get in touch and inform the customer what’s happening but of course not .

Waited in all morning for a sofa collection - missed a phone call from a No Caller ID who left no voicemail or contact details (apparently this was them) only to be told when I finally rung the store for an update, that the drivers had arrived earlier in the morning and rather than trying to buzz my flat number or even ring me (as clearly they knew how to!!) they just drove off. Absolute waste of time, clearly couldn’t be bothered. Will try another charity!

This shop is massive and some fantastic stock, from books to fashions to furniture. If I lived in Woking, I'd have spent hundreds on the stuff here!

Spider phobics?

Arranged a sofa collection with BHF and sounds like I had a similar experience with their rude and lazy collection drivers. They turned up and I asked if they could put the van round the back as it would make the collection easier for them, they looked at me like I asked them to climb Everest.

Then they looked at the sofas and said they couldn't collect because of 'bugs', I enquired as to what they were referring to and they pointed at a spider the size of a thumbnail underneath the sofa, then they drove off!

I called the office and spoke to a lovely lady called Helga who tried her best to help and said the warehouse manager would call be back, which they haven't.

I can only assume these drivers couldn't be bothered and wanted an early finish but it's concerning if our donations go towards the drivers and the managers salary's who don't do their job, rather than the people who actually need it.

Wouldn't recommend them, expect for Helga who was lovely.

The Charity, British Heart Foundation, has moved their charity shop to the old BHS location. Wow, it is huge with plenty of stock on display. This charity has always accepted our donations which included electrical equipment. Most importantly, they thank us for the donations.

I got absolutely no help from this shop. I wanted to buy a pice of furniture but no one would step out of the shop to help me load it into my car which was right outside the door.
Never coming here again.
