Recently purchased our new mattress from Crediton Beds. Amazing service from Neil and Sue. Would highly recommend! Its actually the second purchase as we also had a mattress for our spare room. Needed a new double mattress and after getting our King size mattress a few years ago from Neil & Sue, it was a no brainer to pop in again. After telling Neil that we wanted it for a spare room, he showed us a couple of mattresses of different firmnesses and prices and left us to decide. No pressure and we also got another bamboo pillow and cases. Great service, & prices, very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Crediton Independent Bed Company.

We visited Crediton beds and were helped to come to a considered, well advised and unhurried decision by Neil. We purchased the Sandford mattress and are extremely pleased with the quality. Delivery was great, earlier than expected, at a time to suit and taken to the room it was needed.
Also thrilled with the pillows we have just been back to buy!
We would definitely recommend Crediton Beds. Exceptional.

I have been on a 'journey' with my new bed, recently purchased from Neil and Sue at the wonderful Crediton Bed Company! I wanted a small double for our smallish spare bedroom and I also knew (or thought I knew!) I wanted a firm, definitely not squishy, mattress. Briefly tried out the beds on display in the shop and concluded which type of mattress I needed. Then chose the colour scheme and waited for my delivery...the bed arrived perfectly on time and was swiftly assembled after the efficient and kindly team had neatly dispatched my old bed outside to be collected. Then came the difficult bit: sleeping on it! That's when the 'journey' began...four nights later, I needed a bit of quiet, calm counselling from Neil on the properties of a brand new, warehouse-stored mattress in order to reclaim my peace of mind about continuing! Ha ha...it worked...I am now sleeping well and my lovely new bed feels perfectly at home...thanks Neil and Sue for your kindness, humour and professionalism!
