Was looking for a coatigan, went straight to the lovely female sales assistant who found the last one straight away, recommended I tried it on even though it wasn't my usual size and it fit perfectly. Amazing service and super friendly.
Got an extra 20% off at the till as well so left very happy!

I have to be honest, I’ve never set foot in a Hobbs store before - the clothes aren’t to my usual (casual!) taste, but I needed a last-minute outfit for a formal event. I was panic shopping, completely disheartened about the lack of petite fit options available in the outlet, and expected my visit to Hobbs to be just as unhelpful as my time in all of the other stores.

Thankfully for me, the loveliest lady, Lisa Reid, was working that evening, and she completely came to my rescue. Lisa, thank you for your patience and all of your help, for suggesting dresses that I would never normally have considered, and for turning what had been a pretty abysmal shopping experience into a huge success.
