I live local and have used the shop many times every single time I go there all staff are pleasant , friendly and polite absolutely head and shoulders above the usual misers you meet In Local shops there is a real community spirit feel in Shaunz stores, always greeted with friendly hello and a smile even my 2 sons are not ignored a credit to shopkeepers every and setting the bar as to how a shop should be run I think the last negative reviewer probably misread the pricing labels on coke.
My 8 year old is always excited to see what the shop sign is displaying such as Christmas and Easter, he always knows when we are near home as we pass this wonderfully local shop

To refuse a woman entry into your shop because you believe the dog was a normal one is a disgrace you could clearly see it was a guide dog with its reflective jacket and markings a hope the look up the law 1st before making a judgment its under this Guide dog and assistance dog owners have important rights under the Equality Act 2010. You sir will be getting fined ....for your Act il deffo stay away from your shop!! In the future....

Hmm seems slot of shop owners don't know the laws in the UK. When it comes to managing a shop to what's allowed and what's not. Should actually have courses for these not letting a guide dog in how dumb are you.

Saturday 25th March at 10:13 I bought a bottle of coke and they charged more they what they said it was. The cashier looked very young and it doesn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Won't be coming back.

Decent store, been using it for ages. The other reviews made me chuckle. Owner most likely made a silly mistake not knowing the woman was blind and now all the reviews will be ruined by a bunch of angry facebook social justice warriors group. (I wonder how come so many reviewers witnessed it in a tiny shop like this?)

I was served by Andy this morning , extremely refreshing to hear good morning sir as I entered , normally these little corner shops in london the staff don’t even look up from there mobile device , looks like I found a throw back from the uk when it used to be a nice pleasant place

Refusal to allow a guide dog is is illegal and disgusting behaviour. Ignorance is no excuse either, you own a shop you need to know what is permitted and not permitted.
