Rude female staff member prevented front of house staff looking for a book for me for book club when he offered to look in the back ,he had told me ar the till they had more books in the back and he would check .When he went to check and I followed him to the back door not entering the back myself she told him he shouldn't check .She told him to write the title down and they would call if they had it in .I said no thanks I would check cobham charity shops as it was this week's reading .To contradict and undermine her staff like that infront of a customer and to go back on a potential sale for a customer was extremely unprofessional..
