I bought 2 bottles of fizzy water here and they were both flat, and I couldn't pay by card as there is a £3 minimum. A fairly limited selection of stuff inside and quite a dirty shop too so will not be going back in a hurry.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARCELS DELIVERED HERE. they are kept on the shop floor, accessible to everyone, he even had me search through ppls parcels to find mind, you could literally stand there with a bag, pocket loads then have him scan yours out as he had 0 care or interest. AVOID at all costs.

Quite literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, the guy in there was so rude just on the phone the entire time whilst I was trying to figure out how to return a parcel. Safe to say I’ll never be going here again.

Disgusting rude person who works there. Couldn’t be bothered to say hello and just threw receipt and orders at me when using their Hermes service. Definitely not recommend at all, hope they close down. Shops that treat people like this especially at this time in the world deserve to go bust..
