If you are a young woman, do not use this shop. The man is rude and I believe he genuinely enjoys making females feel stupid.

I took in a parcel and without saying a word he screamed at me “not working”, even though I saw a man in front of me hand over a parcel two minutes before.

Not to mention, the shop is very dirty and smells. Do not visit or spend your money here.

Please be careful letting younger more easily intimidated females in this store alone. I went to collect a parcel and was refused as I didn’t have a passport. I had other photo ID. The man made me go through the piles of parcels dumped on the floor to find my parcel as he’s not my slave. Then chased after me to scan it. He’s very intimidating.
I could have taken handfuls of parcels, reported mine lost as he doesn’t process them correctly.
Went back as one order was dispatched in two parts and he refused to serve me. I took my mum as a witness and he started on her too saying I can’t have parcels. He then said his machine was broken and to come back but was taking pictures of me after I refused to leave. He was also lying to other customers saying his scanning machine was broken. Whilst scanning incoming parcels. He then calked in his heavies and then the Police but without giving an address and I actually called the real Police and then his machine started working.
Avoid.
Parcels are strewn over the filthy floor with no regard. I’ve reported him to Evri also

Terrible shop, unclean and smelly. Forced to use for a lot of parcel drop offs and pick ups however there is the most awful woman there who is extremely unhelpful and just says the system is down. Avoid if possible.

The shop is smelly, chaotic and the staff are very rude and unhelpful. Parcels are left all over the floor with no security.

Do not get your parcel delivered here you will regret it...

Awful shop. Rude staff who aren't helpful with anything and just want your money. They don't care about anyone because they know people are forced to use them as a local business.

Dirty shop, damaged and out of date goods and a Hermes pickup point that doesnt work 70% of the time and they refuse to do things like type in reference numbers making you have to go elsewhere.

Avoid if you possibly can. Zero stars would be too good for this place.

Would be 0 stars if that were possible. The must unhelpful and RUDE woman I've ever had the misfortune to encounter in any shop anywhere. Saw her attitude a couple of times in the past directed at others, and you never know the whole story. But it was my turn today, for no reason. When I turned around and left in disgust without doing what I went in for, she threw something at me! Fortunately her aim was poor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The Hermès packageless returns process is really easy but I managed to mix up my returns labels so didn’t know which went on which package. The staff were really patient and helpful and told me what to do to fix things. Easy!

It is quite staggering how rude these people are. The older gentleman aside, the place is awful. The woman and younger man have zero social or customer service skills. Never going back.
