What a pleasant surprise with my recent visit to Tottenham Court Road branch. Last time total frustration waiting in the queue for 48 mins to pay. This time there was self checkouts similar to the Kingston branch. 3 mins in the queue only.

I love this place I go here every time I got to sutton and I am never disappointed, I like there colab section. I went here a couple weeks ago and they had the cutest French fit. My dad liked this outfit a lot as he has lived i France nearly his whole life. He said it was french approved ?. But the sevice should be improved I would'nt really ask a underaged kid to donate to charity.

Worst customer service received by manager NASIR he was not even listening the customer query and he thinks that he is the owner of PRIMARK. Very pathetic listening skills and no problem solving ability. He has 0 qualities to be a manager. I would rate his service 0 On scale of 10. Mr. Nasir please be at home if you dont have skills

Has the basics, however quite disappointed considering it's spread over two floors I found that clothing was not as varied? Perhaps menswear is weaker in this store, however price is still very good, and being in St Nicholas Centre means that parking is also close by and convenient.

It's very well maintained but, guess medium size store of primark's and a bit congested I feel. The ladies section is especially congested and I don't find much space to even walk between the cloth hangings.
