Location is ok as delivery is available, to use, simply shop in store and they will sort at til when you pay, normally fairly well stocked, staff are helpful and approachable, wide range of exclusive and own brand items, can normally find everything I need, although it does have a limited range of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Good shopping experience until the security guard decided to follow me around then stop me and tell me not to vape in the store, when I simply itched my face. Then he had the audacity to call me a liar and threatened to remove me from the store. This was on Friday the 24/6/22. How about you check your cctv footage then come back with an apology and your letter of resignation. Absolutely disgusted by the treatment, ruined an otherwise good shopping experience.

Central in Bulwell main street.. Wheelchair friendly. Variety of frozen foods at very affordable prices. Large selections..+ beers, wines & nibbles..Council car parking for all round the back of store, no charges for parking, so far..

If you like frozen food. This is your place. If you like wine, check out the Eland's Bay Pinotage at 2 for £10. 4 stars because they try to force you to buy two of everything and their individual prices aren't always good.

Good choice of healthy and not-so-healthy food. However, I got mouthed off at by one of the cashiers for not putting the divider before my shopping on the conveyer belt (I'd put one after like most people do)! Staff could be taught more customer service skills.
