Tout's Nailsea, like the other branches in North Somerset, has great produce including many locally sourced items. The store is bright and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. Fuel is competitively priced, especially when using the loyalty card, which provides a discount.

I would just like to thank the man in the hi-viz vest who is the designated helper on the forecourt at Touts Nailsea (I'm sorry that I didn't get his name).Today I needed to inflate my tyres,a job which I dread doing on my own in case I release more than I put in and he offered to do it for me. Saviour ! He was friendly and polite and I was very grateful for his assistance and appreciated his help enormously. I hope he is a permanent fixture as it's not often you come across willing polite people who help and smile. Thanks again.

I would like to congratulate the staff and mangers at Tout, Nailsea for their excellent customer service. They were incredibly helpful when l tried to return some very large boxes back to Amazon - they honestly couldn’t have been more helpful. Many thanks ?

I love this shop, full of lovely local food but I understand the issue at night as I used to work there, alone in that huge shop from 10 at night until about 7am when other staff would come in. I was supposed to serve customers through the hatch, clean up, put bread out the other side of the shop where you can barely hear the bell ring. Stock shelves etc etc. I had to let people in most of the time when there's a queue of about 15 people all wanting food. If I'd had someone to work with I actually like it there. Hated the day work though.
Update, I'm not the grumpy grey haired lady some are commenting on hahaha. I think I was good at my job but looking back, working alone at night was wrong and plenty of customers commented on it. It's not really safe for one person.

Worst rolls I have every tasted, dry bread, skimp ham , no filling, cost £3.65 for rubbish,. Two tomatoes costs £1 each. Very bad experience,

Beware these shops will Rob you blind, avoid like the plague, they used low quality budget ,fillings, including plastic ham and sandwich fillers, not even real food.

Never again, I'm passing the word to avoid.

Should be closed, rip offs.

Also forgot to mention the old lady with grey hair very rude nearly knocked me over with her box of vegetables very impatient no manners

Update: I continue to be amazed by the rudeness and incompetence of the grey-haired lady who works nights. Such levels of incompetence and unpleasantness are very hard to find.

Although it claims to be 24 hours, they have now decided to shut the doors from 11pm, only serving from their hatch.
Some (not all) of the staff working at night are rude and unhelpful.
Continuing changing their product range, replacing with extremely expensive alternatives.
A good, convenient local store that is sadly continually deteriorating in all aspects of service quality.

Nailsea is quite a small town and the road through it is not exactly very busy but this place is 24/7, it's not a bad size with a good range of food and the fuel is cheap. It's good for a town like this to have a place like that. They don't let people in very late at night, however most staff will let you in if you're in uniform with an ID card or if they know you.
