Good location with good selection. The supermarket is big and they have various stuff with good price! They also serve tasty foods and they are actually pretty cheap. It is convenient if you live around and it is a very good option for shopping grocery stuff!!

Moved to the leeds recently and went shopping here today and was really disappointed by the customer service here. The staff is so untrained and disrespectful that they really don't know how to treat customers or respect their privacy.

Me and my girlfriend were going through the aisle looking for products and were followed by the staff the entire time, The guy made it look so obvious that I gave him a look and he became conscious and walked off. Later we were near the food section before we finally go to checkout another girl started literally following at peaking in our carts again I ignored and finally when we were at checkout and filling our bags after scanning the same girl literally came and stood next to us and started peeking in our bags as if we are adding extra something in our bags, I was so pissed at this point I was about to confront her but just didn't wanted to create a scene there. I mean if we can pay 90 pounds for groceries we can surely pay for 1-2 pounds for candies kept next to the counter and wont be stealing it.

It's good to keep a check on customers and avoid stealing but following them and stalking them the whole time just messes up the experience. Also forgot to mention the food which we bought from hot section was cold AF and would not recommend it at all.

Message for the staff is dont look everyone through the image of what you do while you go out shopping.

Added the receipt for time and date reference just in case you deny the incident occurring.

Got their lamb and chicken biryani, which taste like boiled rice with lots of chillies..basically no taste apart from extreme spicy...and guess what everyone give raita/mint sauce free with biryani but here you pay £2.50 for a tub...what a rip off for such taste less food...Never going back

This review is solely for the way a staff by the name of SACHIN at this store(headingley branch) lacks empathy and customer service courtesies. He tends to be very rude to his staff in the presence of customers and also extends that unethical behaviour to customers especially black african customers in the store. I have personally had a few bad experiences with him and this has been occurring too much hence this review. Otherwise the store is clean and majority of the staff members do a good job. Thank you.

It was the bad experience there, when I went there to buy some items just like 0.99p or 1£ price item and going for payment, they said we won't accept card payment less than worth 3£ price and asked me to pay by cash. I was shocked because they didn't accept my card. If they have sell the items below the 3£ Or less amount, they have to accept the card payment otherwise they can't be sell the items price less than 3£. Its the modern generation, most of the people have payment by card rather than cash. And most of the customer want to buy less than 3£ Items because they don't need anything to buy.
