Had to leave a review of Friendly staff member who when saw I was getting hearing aid batteries, proceeded to say thank you and use sign language as one of my hearing aids had died. Brilliant service

I nipped in argos for two fitted sheets. They was quite busy so not sure why three members of staff were just stood gossiping like children when there were queues however the issue i had was when one of the ladies served me she advised me to go to collections as i was unsure of where to go which i explained to her last time i came in i queued to the far right but she stereotyped me assuming i was being rude when it was her being rude to me. She said well that was last time im on about now which i found snappy and unprofessional i just left it but she called me rude and walked off first. I didnt even raise my tone swear or carry on i just collected my item and left but clearly she assumed i was an "angery black woman" which was a stereotype and i wasn't even mad unlike her who stormed off. I was going to put a complaint in after i left the store but i can't even serm to get through and the online chat isn't working either

Purchased an earring and necklace set as a birthday present and they earring post literally FELL OFF of the back of the actual earring 2days after purchase and argos have REFUSED point blank to exchange for a new pair. Absolutely disgusting service. Haven't used Argos for years and now I won't be using them ever again. Extremely poor customer service and the attitude of the sales/ CS person was diabolical.

I possess an impressive track record of 15 years in the domain of customer service. However, my encounter with Argos proved to be quite disheartening. The manner in which their staff communicated with me left much to be desired, resembling the treatment of slaves. Their rude and aggressive behavior was truly off-putting. As a result, I have vowed to never make any purchases from Argos and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services to anyone.

Been going here for years and not a problem up until recently with a very rude member of staff named Karen. Going through other reviews left here, a few people have mentioned her specifically which tells you she’s the problem! Rude with me from the start telling me to come over to her and tell her why I’m there like I’m an inconvenience, then interrupted me to ask for a receipt. Wanted this particular situstion explaining and mentioned I was in earlier and she was aggressive to me until I confronted her about it and she eventually said we were going around in circles and continued to be rude to me. Massive problem and I feel it was somewhat racial discrimination. Horrible member of staff and I’m not the only one to think so.

The blonde female manager working at Argos in Leeds Headrow is incredibly rude and condescending. I’ve been a customer for years and this is the second time I am having an ulikeable interaction with her. I went to Argos to return a water fountain for my cat 2 days later. She wanted to look for any missing items and I was trying to show her where they are she slapped my hands away. I was shocked at this action it feels aggressive and condescending as if I was being treated as a child. When I pointed out this behaviour she started being very aggressive towards me and I asked to be served by someone else .She told me that cannot happen because she is the manager and I took out my phone to film her behaviour and she reacted aggressively . I believe this is not the right behaviour and conduct for a person who is meant to work with the public and the customers . If this is how she acts with the public I wonder how she acts with her staff. Even though I have been a loyal customer at Argos for over 10 years , dealing with staff like this is really putting me off from wanting to buy form this company anymore.
