I shop here as its local. But I've got to say, the customer experience is terrible. Managed to have a conversation with 2 other customers, whilst queuing. We spoke about the fact that 3 members of staff were all chatting about stuff, whilst we were stood there like lemons. If you are short staffed and there is a queue, it's common sense to clear the queue, the carry on. Why can you staff not do this? An why, after queueing for 10 mins do I not not receive an apology for waiting. It's disgusting service.

The worst store in Woking, you can't find anything, empty shelves, I can't buy yogurt or kefir because it hasn't been on the shelves for weeks. ☹️

Placed an online order over 1 week ago, to collect today. We received an email from ASDA few days ago confirming our parcel had arrived earlier. Today my partner went to collect it and he said he had to wait 20 mins for the parcel to be ready? How is that possible if we already ordered it more than 7 days ago and we also got an email few days ago saying that it had already arrived? Because of this issue my partner was late to collect our daughter at nursery. Not happy at all and won't order online again from this ASDA store. Just very poor customer service making someone wait nearly half hour for a simple collection of a parcel that they already had with them more than 72 hours.

Just left this store never will return. Large queue of people , most with trolleys, not 1 cashier to be seen. When asked if someone could go on the till I was told the tills close at 8pm. Seriously !!! The store only had self service for baskets, what a disaster. I left my trolley and walked out. Aldi is next door , I suggest you go there

A new day today, just to get some groceries.
Unfortunately the King Edward potatos(premium price by ASDA) they look as you can see in the picture, moore like baby potato's or so..very disappointed about product quality... will go down on my initial review from 5 to 3, as also many other products as will lower the quality for the last 3-6months, as well as smaller bags and boxed to deceive customers with the same price as before...
Same, as you will lose customers gradually because of quality and prices ...
Ps. Staff is still doing as great as when my 5 star review, so well done Asda staff for your hard work.

Visiting again today Asda Woking, Lion Park and was pleased to see improvments on customer service( at the self scan machines great help and at the hot section also) and cleanliness.

WELCOME TO SHOPLIFTERS PARADISE!!! THEFT ON A GRAND SCALE...What an education my first time in this ASDA for some years it's not a bad store and has a good selection of products plus the member of staff I contacted was very helpful. When it came to checking out as common now with many stores ONLY ONE check out OPERATING. It was positioned right next to the self serve checkouts. I wondered why there were so many people wanting to check themselves out of this store? Whilst I waited in a short queue of only three people I was able to listen, watch, and observe carefully at what one particular group were doing. I have no sympathy for these multi national companies when I see them losing stock almost Wholesale. This probably goes on hour after hour . I estimate the payment finally made to ASDA was NO MORE than 30% of what was actually taken by this group of so called customers. When will they ever learn but unfortunately we the honest shoppers are paying for the thieves in the prices on the shelves. Wake ASDA and All the rest of you greedy companies. Open the check outs and don't put temptation in front of the thieving Scum. ASDA HOPE YOU CONTINUE TO LOSE £££££££££££££ YOUR CHOICE..
