I live 2 mins away from this supermarket! Very friendly staff they work so hard! They sell not only normal grocery but lovely biscuits that you can't even find in a big supermarket! I give this guys 10/ 10 in EVERYTHING!!!

Not dog friendly which i find odd nowadays, otherwise it's a pretty good local store with all of your everyday needs covered. I have purchased items which i've realised once home were out of date so they could improve the stock checking process. I'd shop here more often if i could take my dog in with me or at least have somewhere to tie him up while I go in.

Zero customer service here especially for the Yodel Collect+ service. On the unfortunate occasions I have had to return parcels here I have been:
A) shouted at in front of other customers for not printing a return label, despite having a ‘print at store’ code. This shop is advertised as having ‘print at store’ facilities - they do not! Really intimidating and embarrassing experience, and
B) Left completely ignored for a considerable amount of time whilst the man behind the counter faffed with his cigarette display. Would have left had it not been the last day to return my items.

Guy behind the counter has 0 manners. A customer in front of me paid for goods with his card and then walked out. I then went to pay for my item and the guy behind the counter suddenly ran out of the shop because the previous customer's card declined. When he came back in he started insulting me, saying that I distracted him and that it was my fault for being impatient when I didn't even do anything and that I should know how to 'act in a public place'. Ridiculous behaviour, I will never go to this place again and strongly suggest that you don't either.

I don’t know the guys name who works at the counter, but he was extremely rude. I was shocked the way he spoke to me. I know it’s a hard time for all of us but respect to the customer/people and just good manner should stay in place.

Love this store. They are so conveniently located and have everything I need at the same price as the grocery store. A few months ago they renovated the store so it is all new and fabulous. The people working the counter are so nice and friendly.

Now a Nisa, however they do not check the sell by/use by dates on their food products. Mother bought a packet of Richmond Sausages from there, she is partially blind, so can't really see the sell/use by date, Cooked those sausages the SAME day, and we both come down with severe food poisoning. Turns out those sausages were out of date by 6 days.
