Went in today to get the offer that's on with the pizza ice cream and free prime movie code, got to the till was charge £6 instead of £5, tried telling staff what the offer states, the male cashier didn't care and didn't know about the offer same has the other lady cashier, found them to be very rude. Staff need to do alot better, if they want to keep co op in business.

Another shop that should not be running on the too good to go app. Went into shop to a bewildered staff member as I guess he'd assumed all orders were done. Other staff member offered groceries but that's not what I'd asked for. Clearly don't care about the too good to go as they didn't check the orders and let me know in advance, my assumption is the previous person was not checked if they actually have an order as last time I had one from here they didn't actually check my phone either.

A member of staff refused to help pack bag of my disabled elderly father, who is frail fresh out of hospital can hardly walk so uses mobility scooter because bag was not a coop bag and he rightly refused to buy one. Absolutely disgusted by lack of customer service.

I've been shopping at this store for a few months on and off, I'm a contractor and I'm working on a local project.

The last few days I've found out I'll be in the are for a little while longer, so I decided to get the Coop app, to help save on the goods I purchase from the store, however I found it a bit tricky to install and initiate, this morning I thought I have a few minutes to spare so I'd give it another try.

Well I still couldn't get it to work, so I asked the lady on the till, who call for one of her colleagues, a tall dark haired lady (Nicola). Nicola (Coop app wizard) guided me through the whole process, brilliant, thank you, You are a diamond.

I look forward to saving a few extra pence when I'm shopping.

Thank you for taking the time to help me get the app installed and activated.

No respect for the disabled. They refused to serve my granddaughters fiancé because he, (Josh) had got Caitlyn to hold on to the energy drink and ribina whilst he, answered a phone call to his mother. Josh is 18 with ID and Caitlyn is nearly 18 without ID. The energy drink wasn't even for them, they don't drink them, it was for my disabled daughter who is in her forties and was sat in the car in pain. So I had to go in but they wouldn't even serve me. I may be old and disabled but im not a liar. How dare they treat me like one. Caitlyn is old enough for tattoos with her mums permission (which was clear to see) but because she hadn't got ID they refused to sell to her 18yr old fiancé then refused to sell to me. Yes I did get annoyed who wouldn't , when we were being treated like liars.
I'll not shop there again that's for sure.
