Clean, tidy store Yardley, Stoney Lane) - a pity it is due to close. Range of British produce very small in stores generally. Too many products containing palm oil and no mention if it's sustainable

In a busy area always have lots of traffic around luckily it has got decent carpark and a cash point I always wait for new offers because they do have some special buys which is handy and I like their bakery items, good quality. Till staffs are bit slow so there is queue most of the time

Had a very negative experience at this store the first time in 63 years of being a member. Phoned to register a complaint about this matter. Still no response since 10 April 2020. Can't believe that Coop employs such an employee. Bad example of the coop service and detrimental to other helpful staff who work there. This really needs to be addressed or a compliant will be raised at the National level.

New store looks great but the selection is more akin to a tesco express. You could manage a weekly shop in the old store but this is an essentials only + booze and sandwich store now.

Only around 50% of those in store wearing facemasks. Woman in front of me sneezing and no face mask. Shop assistant says they can't refuse service to those without masks which may help to explain the fact that so few in there bother wearing one and might also help to explain the increasing infection rate in Birmingham.

Latest visit 10 Jan 2021, mask wearing still not being enforced, group of 3 - none wearing a mask, not challenged and served, single male, no mask, not challenged and served, surfaces not wiped down after maskless customer served.
