Proper authentic and fresh Bangla food; I’m picky when it comes to south asian food because we regularly have it at home (nothing beats mum’s cooking) - however, Golpo Bengal hit home, my mum had high reviews, and that says it all! Each dish came with a unique and surprising twist and the service was professional and friendly. Thank you to Muaz for a warm welcome and Jui and the waitresses for a wonderful service tonight. A real Golpo-worthy experience. We’ll be back! 😇

My family took me here as a birthday treat. From the minute you walk through the door the staff could not do enough to make you feel welcome. All the items were explained which helped made our decision. The staff were attentive and the food was excellent. Everything tasted authentic and different from the other. The carrot halwa cheesecake and chai topped it off perfectly.

We had an early dinner here, so it was quieter than expected. The staff were very warm and welcoming.

The fried onion starter we had was very tasty, and the sweet and sour sauce that came with it complemented it really well. The two main dishes we ordered were both delicious, but I preferred the mutton. That said, I would’ve appreciated a slightly larger portion size for the mains.

The desserts were absolutely delectable, and I would strongly recommend them. The tiramisu has only a faint taste of coffee and is more spongy in the middle. I preferred the brûlée over the tiramisu.

Overall, it was such an enjoyable experience dining here. We were in a bit of a hurry, so we rushed through the desserts. This place is definitely on the higher price point, so it’s more of an occasional treat.

I traveled from Birmingham and let me tell you something it was million percent worth it!! I couldn’t not fault anything. Best Bangladeshi restaurant I have ever been too!! Everything was 10/10! Service is excellent all the waiters and waitresses was amazing!!!

This is my third time visiting this restaurant, and every time I enjoy it a lot! The food is very delicious, and the lunch offer was amazing. The place is clean, comfortable, and spacious.

The service is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Rezaul Karim 🤍 he was very kind and made us feel comfortable even though our English is not very good.

very tasty food, friendly service and beautiful arrangements. a great experience in a nice and very clean location, one of my best culinary experience in Cambridge. We were there for lunch and evening menu and they both have a great value for money especially the lunch menu. I will definitely go again during my next Cambridge visit.
