Easy to locate, the Dacia sign was high up on the building on the main road.
The Team inside were mega helpful, I had two people helping at the beginning! They made it nice and easy for me to hand my car in for service & MOT.
They gave me a hot drink. Let me use the facilities and offered a space to sit & chill. I was behaving like I didn't have anything else to do for the day, lol.
They kept me informed by email and phone. The work was done ahead of time. The cost was as expected.
I didn't recognise my car at first because they'd washed it and had hoovered inside too.
Those simple actions made me so happy on the day. Sometimes it's the small unexpected things that hit you hardest. The Team really did brighten my day and reassure me that my car was in perfect health.

Absolutely amazing dealership.

After going to several dealers on what felt like an endless task to buy my wife a car for her birthday trying dealers from from Kia to Vauxhall we found the best deal here.

All the staff were professional and polite. Shout out to the salesman Tom Russell who got the sale. In part the great advice and non pushy manner in which he handled everything really helped me make the decision.

In addition Matt Jocelyn was super helpful with arranging the finance. Friendly, professional and knows his stuff. You can tell they really care about the customer.

I'm a motability car customer and while I haven't ended up buying a Dacia, I wanted to review to say what a professional service I received when I came to look at some cars.

Firstly, Dacia is the only dealership I have been to where the accessible bays, with hatch markings to enable space to transfer into my wheelchair, were not occupied/obstructed by showroom cars.

Although the showroom is spread across two floors there is a lift available so excellent access.

We were greeted by Maddie as we entered, we had booked a test drive with someone else but there appeared to be a mix up and we weren't on the.system. However Maddie was happy to help us. She spent time showing us the cars we had already pre selected. When these proved unsuitable she went through potential other options.

Even though it quickly became apparent we weren't going to find anything suitable for my needs she never made us feel rushed or like we were wasting her time.

I would have been delighted to give Maddie my business if the actual cars had been suitable for my needs.

If you're a motability customer I highly recommend visiting this dealership with their excellent access and friendly motability specialist, Maddie.

Excellent garage. Used it twice for service and MOT this time. I wait for the car in a very pleasant clean and tidy showroom with drinks available. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful and the car was valeted before it was returned to me and looked like a new car! I will use this garage again and would recommend.

Went in on the off chance, as I was in positive equity on my current car and was looking at a Jogger. I was greeted by Matt who looked after me and I ended up getting the car I wanted. He was such a pleasant guy, we had a conversation about lorries and I only found out he was a work colleagues son from our Stena Line days, small world.

That aside I found Matt to be helpful and went out of his way to cater to my needs, he has been quick to answer emails and has sent me emails communicating the progress of my order.

We went around several car show rooms before we went to Dacia. We were met by Matthew who was very informative, patient and NOT pushy at all, unlike some of the other showrooms. Time was not as issue so we were not rushed at all. We wanted to get our purchase right, so it meant a lot to us to be able to speak to someone who made us feel like a valued customer. Thank you
