Lovely shop and lovely people that own it and run it!

Since the shop has been took over its not been very good at all, in the hot summer days there is NO air conditioning because the people who took over ripped it all out, they are selling melted chocolates still in the shop in extreme head. Secondly the shop is not safe nor pram accesible, because the shop is so cluttered all the time and stuff everywhere boxes and deliverys, this is a constant thing. Ill be reporting to the council if i cant get my pram in the shop again. Surely its not right to be selling things that can melt as there is zero air conditioning. Not happy at all

Used to be a lovely, warm, community shop. The friendly members of staff that worked here seem to be gone across this past year, and replaced with rude, blunt and cold staff members.

The shop itself has been ‘refurbished’ in tacky decor and is always extremely messy.

This business has gone straight into the ground since it seems there has been new management. Think the entire community will glad to see the back of them when they’re finished ruining the place.

Took a parcel there in the afternoon and because i missed the courier pickup time at midday, it meant the parcel had to be there overnight. This resulted in the owner/worker having a lousy stinking attitude. You cant always control when you make up a parcel to send via courier and you cant always control when you drop it off. Take my parcels to Nisa at all sorts of times, mostly after the courier has gone and they are super fine about it. Had to grit my teeth here. Never again

Visited Hill Top news on Saturday 13 July 2019 evening searching for a Shropshire Star newspaper. The shop has a reasonable sized car park in front of it and it is a flat walk to the front door.

The store appears to be a well stocked local store. We enquired about the paper and the friendly lady found the spares that were due to be returned. The staff were very sociable and welcoming.
