I recently had a very disappointing experience at Iceland supermarket. The staff, particularly one lady, was incredibly rude. Despite me following all the rules, she behaved as if they didn't apply to her. At one point, she even told me that I couldn't exit from this door of the store unless I made a purchase, which is absolutely absurd. She rudely insisted that I wasn't a customer, even though I was clearly following all the protocols. Her language and tone were completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I certainly won't be returning to this store anytime soon.

More new signs would be helpful.... but they won't do this as they are making a fortune from fines

Don’t even bother ordering from here for home delivery the driver I had this evening called to ask where my flat was I gave very clear instructions and 30 mins later he haven’t shown up!! Then says I’ve ordered too much shopping when he finally picks up his phone the store also don’t pick up their phone.
Now when he comes back I usually help as I live up 2 flights of stairs but he can do it all himself for the inconvenience and ignorance.
And Iceland don’t need worry about me ordering to much shopping as I won’t be ordering again.

Good size car park at the back of the store for 1 hour free parking while you shop. The store is a good size, with a good layout. Ok, selection of produce but as mostly frozen foods, fresh and tinned options are also good.
Only one freezer of Slimming World food, not a good selection of these products, needs addressing.
Staff on till are quick and efficient, but could be a bit more interactive with their customers.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Iceland supermarket. One of the staff members, a lady with glasses, was extremely rude. Her language and attitude towards customers were unacceptable. I tapped a product on the self-checkout till to check the price with the intention to purchase, but I later decided not to buy that one item. When I tried to remove it from my purchase, she angrily confronted me, asking why I tapped the item if I didn’t intend to buy it. Her behavior was rude and completely uncalled for. It was a disgusting experience, and it left me very disappointed with the service at this store. This happened 3rd time with me and I must said to Iceland supervisor to review it and please guide the staff how to behave with the customer.

Evry time uber it dealvry not ready and given back ans all time miss behaviour and all sunday evening 5 o'clock it is shop closed but staff is not turn off uber tablet and night 8 o'clock uber order up coming and all rider time west every time miss behaviour

The rules in their car park are a little concerning. Staff do not seem to know how their parking works. Just be mindful if you park there, have coins, and purchase with coins and not ringo app. They can only refund you parking if it's ticket and not via the ringo app. I wish I was explained properly before that.
