Best place to go, RUSHIL is very caring and tends to customers and ensures they are satisfied with their purchase, very hard working and diligent fellow. Should def. give the the RAISE he deserves, 5 stars for the customer serves and the amazing options for groceries!!

Shame I can’t leave a zero * you need to train your staff in customer service and/ or manners. The conversation I had at lunchtime with the gentleman on the till was A) him. £4.67 do you want a receipt B) me no thank you. A) him . ? zilch !!!! No please or thank you ! Nothing. May I suggest if you don’t like your job get a new one. A please or thank you goes a long way. After all it’s us customers buying in your shop that contributes towards your wages.

No one at the till !!!!! looks like staff were faffing about chatting ,food in trolleys in-between Isle, think there must have been a fridge breakdown?. but staff chatting away and sitting down around it . Don't think I'd rush back to this Iceland again not a good look for a shopper.

Can get pretty busy in the weekends. But really clam in the week days and great offer regularly. I just felt more staff is required so that we can clear our questions more quickly.

Went instore yesterday (friday) done my shop asked for delivery there were no slots left, I was absolutely fine with that, and was offered delivery today (saturday) between 12 and 2pm which I was more then happy with. 2.30pm Sat waiting and calling the store for over an hour for it to be continously ingaged, my husband then had to walk back to the store a 20 min walk, to be told we can deliver tomorrow (sunday). Wasn't offered no compensation at all. No apologies, no let us find out whats happened, They cancelled my order and now have to wait 3 working days for a refund. Never again Iceland, I have mental health issues and you sure took me too a place I never wanted to revisit!!

Inaccessible! Can't get into the shop unless you're able bodied or without a pushchair. The barriers prevent this and you cannot walk around the checkouts like you previously could because the staff have pretty much blocked these off too with promotional boxes.

A good range of own label and well known frozen products. Non food items also available. Competitive prices and free delivery on orders over £35. Online ordering easy through Internet, delivery was in time window quoted.
Not able to order using app as none available yet. Overall rating 'very good.
