Not the best experience, club had an odd atmosphere so avoided it. The entry point into the water from the jetty is poorly maintained and dangerous objects clearly visible all around. I'd build a bridge from all the Iron but someone beat me to it.

Visited for the coracle regatta, a fantastic festival with a lovely family vibe. Staff/volunteers were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.

Was there for a football tournament so can only really comment on that. The only real issue is parking. For such an event to take place parking can be an issue just down to where it's located and the access road down to it

The Iron Bridge rowing club on the banks of the Severn River and opposite the Iron Bridge thermal Power Station has been in existence since the 1700's. At this point the river is fairly wide and benign, therefore its a very convenient location for boat races, boat trips on the river and coracle rowing. In the old days one had to pay a tole to cross over the Iron Bridge, that tax no longer applies, therefore in order to circumvent the payment of a tole one could cross the river using a coracle which is a small round boat.
