Leonard’s is a great shop however it’s lacking a ramp for pushchairs and wheelchair users. I have a 6 month old and have hurt my back getting the pram into the shop to send off my Evri parcel. The shop assistant/ ? Owner was quite unhelpful and only held the door open for me and watched me struggle. I ask her if she was considered a ramp. Her reply was ‘no’
Please can this be considered and actioned?

Don’t normally write reviews but it’s the 4th time I’ve been in this shop and the women that works there is just so incredibly rude. She’s usually on her mobile chatting away with it on loud speaker, whilst eating (and serving me), no manners used what so ever, just points if you ask anything then shouts when you don’t know what she’s going on about 🤷🏼‍♀️, how about be more helpful!!! Makes you feel like your a total inconvenience! Won’t be using this shop ever again nor would I recommend it. Need to work on their manners and how to interact with the public!

Usually don’t write reviews for stores but this one particular lady in here denied access for me to come in the shop since I didn’t have a mask, which is fair enough but then another person went inside no mask...I waited for them to be kicked out too but they wasn’t, felt a little bit of discrimination. For that I wasn’t too happy. When I did go in with a mask she gave me looks of disgust just because I tried coming in without a mask.
