Finally got around to coming here on a Friday night litte catch up group of 4 we sat outside in the shisha area the decor i must say was outstanding very vibrant with a feel good factor. The staff were very welcoming and friendly really good service the food was on point great starter selection and mains. The shisha was really good and the place had a chilled out vibe no loud music plus it's on a residential road...on a whole a really nice cosy lounge with a restaurant upstairs and the staff were really good made you feel welcome i would recommend mandala lounge definitely go and try it out...

Visited for a friends birthday and Alexandria and the entire team were so lovely and welcoming and even gave her a little cake!
Beautiful venue with great vibes! The food was really good as well and came quite quick with massive portions.

Loved the atmosphere, very chill music, cozy seating, and a really welcoming vibe. The shisha was smooth and flavorful the staff were super attentive with great service the person taking care of me was (ROGER) Perfect spot to relax with friends. Definitely coming back! I would definitely recommend to others .

I absolutely recommend the mixed grill! The lamb is so succulent and has a fresh taste and a unreal quality than most lamb meat, everything was perfection and will be coming back again for this dish. Not to mention the waiter Kamil was amazing and really gave the restaurant a welcoming vibe and an uplifting experience, always checking on customers for their needs. This place is an unreal experience and is lovely to be in a local place such as West Drayton.

I recently visited Mandala restaurant and Lounge and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The food was nothing short of exceptional – every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I especially loved the mix meat plate which was cooked to perfection and had a wonderful balance of spices.

Hi all,
My review is based of a large party (roughly 25 people)

SERVICE-
So it was my cousins birthday, I was shocked that she was made to pay service charge in advance.
I arrived at the venue at around 9pm, most were seated by 9.30pm.
Unfortunately the service was diabolical. The ladies themselves were lovely but were not prepared for such a big party. It took hours for everyone to recieve a drink and starter so people were getting fed up understandably. My starter was houmous and bread which was ok. I ordered a pornstar martini which was the worst drink I ever had. It tasted like diluted Robinson juice with a smidgen of lemon, My cousin had a long island ice tea, which I tasted, others had a strawberry daiquiri and sex on the beach which I tasted they were all very bad and we all spoke about it and I changed my drink :/
All in all the staff were overwhelmed.
I was made aware at the end of the night there was 1 chef and the kitchen was visably tiny.
In the end it was so chaotic we had to ruin the surprise of the cake and my cousin the birthday girl asked for her own cake.
My cousin was gracious and spoke with the manager but it was not great 😮‍💨

MY MAIN

I ordered the lamb chops (medium), this morning I'm in bed with stomach ache so I thought I had to write this review. The salad was awful drenched in some vinegar dressing which soaked up my chips, the lamb was over cooked. Tough and the only seasoning you could taste was salt. I was envisioning melt in the mouth grilled lamb chops I was so hungry and very much looking forward to my food so this was disappointing. I saw majority of the table not satisfied with food overall.

SECURITY-

The security guard put a smile on my cousins face. She has been through alot and that was worth mentioning. Big up Jacob!!!

ENTERTAINMENT-

There was no Entertainment. I thought there might be a belly dancers or something but nothing. There was hotel lobby music playing for a few hours although we requested music 😩. Music then started to play on and off with adverts in-between 🫠
