Had awful experiences the last two times we've donated or tried to donate. First time they were slightly rude, just taking things off us without thanks. Second time my husband went to the door, stood outside and watched two people inside with lights on but door shut (should have been open until 4:30, it was 4:05) as the lady ignored him with two boxes of donations. He waited 5 minutes as she gestured to the phone and just continued to ignore him. Really disappointing considering how lovely the charity is, and we've bought quite a few bits from there before.
