The most beautiful range of dresses I have ever seen. I arrived to a lovely warm welcome. The shop was beautifully arranged. The ladies were so helpful, patient and kind, explaining where everything was and giving me time to browse . The staff offered helpful suggestions and recommendations without any pressure. I didn't expect to find such a beautiful dress for my daughters wedding. Thank you for making the whole experience wonderful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special outfit.

Jane at the boutique was wonderful. So kind in helping me chose an outfit for my son's wedding. I had left it late to buy my outfit but she really helped take the stress out of the situation and I felt she genuinely cared about me leaving happy and confident in my choice of dress. I returned to the shop 3 times and she was so patient and not at all "pushy" giving me time to think my options through. Both Jane and Julie really could not have been kinder or more helpful. Thoroughly recommend Melita, it's worth the extra drive and some lovely coffee shops in Chobham!

I visited Melitas in Chobham today not expecting to find my mother of the bride dress but after trying on a few dresses I found the perfect dress for me? Alison was very helpful, patient , relaxed and understanding with what I was looking for. I felt at ease and not rushed or pushed to buy at all. I was impressed and will certainly be recommending them, as I am local, to anyone attending a wedding.

Lovely visit to Melita’s Boutique today. I had phoned to reserve a dress and it had been put aside for me. The lovely lady who served me was so helpful. She didn’t rush me in my decision and I didn’t feel pressurised to buy in any way. I travelled by train and she even gave up her time to give me a lift to the station. I would happily go back again. We had made an appointment , arrived a half an hour early , we were greeted by Julie and Emma , within seconds we both felt at ease and comfortable . Our son is getting married this year , so my wife felt the pressure of the Big Day !! I cannot recommend Melita of Chobham highly enough, especially if you're looking for bridal or mother-of-the-bride dresses. With merely three weeks left to my brother's wedding, our family was on a tight timeline. We needed the perfect dress for our 77-year-old mum. That's when I reached out to Melita, and to our luck, it was Alison who answered.

From the very first interaction over the phone, Alison exuded nothing but kindness, warmth, and utmost professionalism. She didn't hesitate to accommodate our urgency and booked us a same-day appointment. On our arrival, the welcome we received from Alison and Emma was nothing short of extraordinary. They greeted our family - mum, brother, dad, and me - with so much warmth and friendliness.

While my father and I stepped out to give my brother and mum their time, it was evident that they were in great hands. A couple of hours later, their smiles said it all. My mum, glowing with happiness, had not only found a spectacular outfit but had also experienced a fitting session filled with care, laughter, and respect. My brother echoed the sentiment, overwhelmingly pleased with how the team treated our mum.

To witness my mum's joy was heartwarming, and it's something that stays with you. While the dress she chose was stunning, it was the experience, led by the fabulous staff, that made it truly special. Alison, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I can't thank the team enough for their exceptional service and for making such an important occasion even more memorable for our family.

Amazing experience at Melita today, I took my mum and mother in law (MOB and MOG) to find their dresses and couldn’t have been more looked after by two lovely ladies. My mum hugely lacked confidence but couldn’t have been more reassured and looked after. The lovely lady knew exactly what to suggest, what to say and when she needed a moment.
