Extremely rude and awful service. Rude staff won't take my parcel despite the fact that I purchased label from Evri and the website said to drop to nearest parcelshop which took me to this location and they refused to take the parcel. Don't bother and report them as they don't care what Evri policy says or where you purchased your label. Di**head at the counter doesn't know how to speak to customers.

Came here for the Evri Collection point to return amazon items, and the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, ended up refusing to take my packages, saying they won't package it themselves and they don't care what the Evri website/policy or the collection machine says. The amazon website, Evri website/policy and the machine all state that no packaging is required and that the staff will scan the qr code and package it themselves. Refusing this service is a breach of the policy and I will be reporting it to Evri and Amazon. Don't bother going here for this service and the staff are disgustingly rude in the way they speak to their customers.l especially the guy with the lazy eye ... awful!

Unlike other people say here, I never had an issue with returning/collecting parcels. Always order everything to be delivered there and always get good and fast service.
