Great little shop. Stocks a lot of local favourites from fresh meat and breads to fat tony's pizzas for you to bake at home. A little pricey tbh, but it is good quality.

Basically, a month or 2 back i went here to post a letter with important information. I give it to the lady as she lets me skip the queue and says 'give it here' i give it to her and turn around to walk around, i soon after hear a shredding noise, i didnt think much of it until i turned around, as i was turning the corner i saw my letter vertically in something, (looked like a shredder) i got a very small glimpse so i didnt think much of it again and kept walking. After a month the recipient said they never received the letter. So basically, i went to send a letter, and they literally start shredding it without even asking, it was a prepaid label and everything so it was defo sent to the right place. Not a good post office, i would avoid it.

The baguette and home cooked ham are superb. Post Office is in the back and you can withdraw cash there. Bonus - the cheese and ham counter is back!

Great local supermarket with outstanding meat counter (you can choose your cut of Sunday roast in consultation with the manager) and superb locally sourced bread.
