I visited the shop on a Saturday, a note on the door said 'closed for an hour for lunch', no indication given when the return time would be. I waited outside the shop for less than 10 minutes during which time 3 separate people tried to enter the shop before realising it was shut for lunch. As a visitor to Wilmslow, this seems like very poor customer service, especially on a Saturday, no doubt the busiest shopping day of the week.

I took in some very good curtains and was met with a disgruntled assistant who complained she hated curtains as she would have to measure them!
