It's gone downhill I feel since pak supermarket days..mainly pricing has gone dearer.. and the staff which were very friendly have been replaced with less so..same variety of foods you expect

Don’t buy from them they are thief’s. I bought one hard chicken but he sold it to me for the price of mutton ribs which is more than the amount of chicken. I don’t eat meat and I never bought mutton ribs. The chicken I was given was not the one I wanted as it was old and I even asked the guy to cut the chicken in half and he refused. The staff are unwelcoming and charged me more. Do not buy from here I will never come here again.

DONT SHOP HERE. They sell expired products. I bought a seasoning for food and it was expired nearly 7 months ago and still on the shelf. Never thought of reading the expiry date as its such a big store but really disappointed l. DONT SHOP THERE

+ Wide range of imported fresh produce and fresh butchery at the rear of the hypermarket.

+ Good selection of multicultural food and drinks.

+ Helpful cashiers and highly efficient.

+ Due to wide paving outside the store (more pronounced with the introduction of a dedicated cycle lane) gives the frontage a much more relaxed experience when browsing produce out on the front of the store.

+ If you end up buying large bulky items then you can request one of the chaps to help you load the item to your car if needed! Just ask politely! Excellent service at no extra charge.

- Most nearest street parking is quite limited due to only the road adjacent to the hypermarket is a residential one - however parking spaces do become available quickly as moderately quick turnover rate of shoppers. I have found ideal time to find guaranteed parking is as soon as the hypermarket is open for trade.

Very Halal, meat is fresh and well priced at the butchers' section. Lots of herbs and spices. Good fruit and veg.

They have everything you need when it comes to minority cooking (cuisine) & also a butchers. Friendly welcome staff nothings a problem if you cannot find it they take you to the Ingredients.

Just moved into the area. Very happy to have this near me. Wide range of items from different countries. Love the different fresh fruit and veggies they have in the front of the shop 🙂 it also looks very clean inside.

Good mini supermarket hence why you will find general every day food items, a great variety at great prices.
Yes need extra customer service training - yes they all smile bit have no idea of proper customer service. How to greet someone, make conversation, give correct directions/instructions or product knowledge and not knowledge of which shelf..lol

Updated: same store but now new owners. Has lost that personal touch with its customer base.
